This Privacy Policy applies to information submitted through or
automatically collected by sign.aguirrepllc.com and upload.aguirrepllc.com.
It provides a baseline disclosure for site operation and should be read
together with the Terms of Use.

These sites are not open to the general public. They are intended solely
for authorized prospective and current clients of Aguirre PLLC. If you
have accessed either site without authorization, you should exit
immediately. This Policy does not confer privacy rights on unauthorized
users.
2. Information collected
The sites may collect information you actively submit — such as your name,
contact information, uploaded documents, and electronic signatures — as
well as technical information automatically collected in connection with
site operation and security, including IP address, browser type, and
access timestamps. Cloudflare, which provides infrastructure services for
these sites, may also collect certain technical data by default in
connection with its network security and performance services.

Policy, available at cloudflare.com.
3. How information is used
Information submitted through the sites is used to facilitate the intake
and representation process, operate and secure the sites, and fulfill the
firm's legal and professional obligations. The firm does not sell, rent, or
share submitted information with third parties except as required by law,
as necessary to provide legal services, or as authorized by you.
4. Client data rights
For current clients, data collection, use, retention, and confidentiality
protections are governed primarily by your signed engagement agreement with
Aguirre PLLC, which incorporates applicable professional responsibility
rules including attorney-client privilege and the duty of confidentiality
under the California Rules of Professional Conduct. In the event of any
conflict between this Policy and your engagement agreement, the engagement
agreement controls.
5. Policy changes
Aguirre PLLC may update this Policy as the sites evolve. Any revised
version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of
either site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the then-current
version.
