These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aguirre PLLC sites at sign.aguirrepllc.com (fee agreement signing) and upload.aguirrepllc.com (document upload). By accessing or using either site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized users only

Access is strictly limited to individuals expressly authorized by Aguirre PLLC. Authorized users include prospective clients directed to sign.aguirrepllc.com to execute a fee agreement, and current clients directed to upload.aguirrepllc.com to submit documents in connection with their matter. Unauthorized access — including access by any person who has not received a direct invitation or link from Aguirre PLLC — is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not access, use, or attempt to use either site if you are not an authorized user. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: submitting a signature on behalf of another person without their express authority; uploading documents to a matter file that does not belong to you; impersonating a client or prospective client; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, file, or record on either site; and uploading malicious, fraudulent, or harmful files or content. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

3. Accuracy of submissions

By submitting a signature on sign.aguirrepllc.com or uploading documents on upload.aguirrepllc.com, you represent that you are who you claim to be, that you are authorized to take that action, and that the information and documents you submit are genuine and belong to your matter.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

Both sites are provided as-is for the convenience of authorized users. Aguirre PLLC makes no warranty as to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or data transmission. The firm is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or events outside its reasonable control.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from use of either site shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the applicable engagement agreement between the user and Aguirre PLLC.

6. Modifications

Aguirre PLLC reserves the right to modify these Terms or to suspend or terminate access to either site at any time without prior notice.

This Privacy Policy applies to information submitted through or automatically collected by sign.aguirrepllc.com and upload.aguirrepllc.com. It provides a baseline disclosure for site operation and should be read together with the Terms of Use.

1. Who this policy applies to

These sites are not open to the general public. They are intended solely for authorized prospective and current clients of Aguirre PLLC. If you have accessed either site without authorization, you should exit immediately. This Policy does not confer privacy rights on unauthorized users.

2. Information collected

The sites may collect information you actively submit — such as your name, contact information, uploaded documents, and electronic signatures — as well as technical information automatically collected in connection with site operation and security, including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. Cloudflare, which provides infrastructure services for these sites, may also collect certain technical data by default in connection with its network security and performance services. Cloudflare's data practices are governed by Cloudflare's own Privacy Policy, available at cloudflare.com.

3. How information is used

Information submitted through the sites is used to facilitate the intake and representation process, operate and secure the sites, and fulfill the firm's legal and professional obligations. The firm does not sell, rent, or share submitted information with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide legal services, or as authorized by you.

4. Client data rights

For current clients, data collection, use, retention, and confidentiality protections are governed primarily by your signed engagement agreement with Aguirre PLLC, which incorporates applicable professional responsibility rules including attorney-client privilege and the duty of confidentiality under the California Rules of Professional Conduct. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

5. Policy changes

Aguirre PLLC may update this Policy as the sites evolve. Any revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of either site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
